Construction Observer

Brian Hollinghead is a Construction Observer/Inspector at Civil Southeast, joining the team in 2025. He holds an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification and ALDOT Roadway Level I certification — credentials that give him a strong foundation for evaluating work quality across a range of construction activities.

Brian appreciates the ever-changing nature of his role and holds to a simple philosophy: every job is a new experience. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family and friends and outdoor activities including the beach, boating, hunting, and fishing.
