Chaise Partin

Construction Observer

Chaise Partin is a Construction Observer at Civil Southeast, joining the team in 2026. He brings a diverse and practical skill set to his work, along with a genuine passion for the communities these projects serve — what he enjoys most is the direct impact construction has on people's lives.

Outside of work, Chaise is a committed Christian and devoted family man who is deeply involved in his community. He looks forward to growing with the Civil Southeast team and contributing across multiple areas as the firm continues to expand.
