Chase Cotton, P.E.

Project Manager

Chase Cotton, PE is a Project Manager based in Civil Southeast's Andalusia office, where he has been delivering federally funded municipal infrastructure projects across Alabama since 2013. His work spans transportation, utilities, drainage, and pedestrian improvements, with regular coordination alongside agencies such as ALDOT, ADECA, and ADEM, as well as local municipal clients. Day to day, Chase manages the full project lifecycle — from document production and specification writing to grant coordination, contractor procurement, and CAD designer guidance.

He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University (2002) and brings more than two decades of experience to every project. What drives him most is watching a community's need transform into a funded project, then a set of plans, and ultimately into something tangible you can walk up to and touch.

Outside of work, Chase is a devoted follower of Christ and a dedicated family man — a husband and proud dad to three great kids. He's a self-proclaimed tech enthusiast and space nerd who keeps one eye on the latest rocket launches and a close watch on emerging technology.
