Lane Chatham

Project Manager

Lane Chatham is a Project Manager at Civil Southeast, where he has guided civil engineering projects from concept through construction since joining the firm in 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of South Alabama that same year. Lane works closely with clients to secure project funding, navigate design and permitting, and deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.

What drives him most is helping clients turn ideas into reality — and building lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time with his wife, Suzanne, and their Yellow Lab, Saint. An avid outdoorsman, he can often be found hunting, fishing, or out on the water.
