Who We Are
Started on faith.
Built on people.
Civil Southeast was founded in 2013 by two engineers who believed engineering done with excellence — for the right reasons and with the right people — could make an eternal impact. We still do.

The Story & The People
Two paths to the same answer: why we still show up.
Read the story of how Civil Southeast started — or meet the people who show up every day to carry it forward.

Our
Team
The licensed engineers, surveyors, and project managers you'll actually work with — the people who'll walk your site and pick up your phone.
The Standard
Faith. Family.
Firm ground.
Every project has a line. Every family has a table. Every day is a chance to do the work with excellence — because someone is trusting us to.
We were founded on the belief that engineering isn't just about drawings and permits. It's about the people who'll live, work, and worship in the places we help build. That framing shapes how we hire, how we lead, and how we treat the person on the other side of every project.
Four values guide us. They're not a poster in the lobby — they're the operating system.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
— Colossians 3:23
